CCTV Footage
We use CCTV on our premises for the security of our staff, clients, and visitors. CCTV data is processed under our legitimate interests in preventing and detecting crime. Footage may be shared with law enforcement if necessary.
How We Use Your Information
We use client and supplier information to provide and improve our services. Personal data is used for purposes such as delivering IT support, managing resources, and meeting legal obligations. Data is stored securely and processed entirely within the EEA.
Data Sharing
We maintain strict confidentiality with client and supplier data. In cases where third-party processors (e.g., payroll companies) are involved, we ensure that these processors operate under contract, processing data only as instructed and maintaining high security standards. CCTV footage may be shared with law enforcement as needed.
Data Retention
We retain client data for as long as needed to provide services. If there has been no client contact for two years, records become inactive and are deleted after one more year. Employee records are kept for six years after departure. CCTV footage is stored for up to 90 days unless required for law enforcement purposes.
Security
We have implemented robust technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. Our systems follow Cyber Essentials guidelines to secure all information stored on our servers.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, as well as restrict or object to certain processing activities.
