For example, we do a lot of work with Jan-Marie Bisiker. She’s a Health Practitioner at Amethyst, a company that specialises in Kinesiology.
Jan sees patients for all manner of health issues, from digestive disorders to fertility and menopause issues. She also provides staff wellness training to businesses. She’s a sole trader whose business is growing rapidly. Her laptop is her office, and all day she’s using it to contact patients and access training, articles and webinars to keep herself updated. She also uses her laptop to promote special events and information about her practice, so it’s vital that any IT issues are resolved rapidly and completely.
But there’s one problem: Jan describes herself as “technologically challenged.”

I was given Amy Lennon’s business card by a virtual assistant at a web page training workshop when, as usual, I could not sort out an IT problem, and neither could the tutor, saying “Oh, I don’t do Apple.”
I contacted Amy, who then came to my home and fixed a number of things immediately, all free of charge. I booked another session for her to come back as soon as possible. At this point I was reliant on trying to get help at the store where I bought my MacBook and from the IT specialist employed by my husband’s company. This situation was a nightmare for me. I was wasting huge amounts of time and I was often frustrated to the point of tears. Amy is worth her weight in gold to me and regularly helps me many ways.
Amy taught me a great deal that I never knew about my MacBook and my other devices, so I now use them more efficiently, and do regular housekeeping that is good practice to avoid problems.
She takes care of security and updates that will keep everything running smoothly and ensure everything on my computer is safe.
She has advised on and helped me with backup systems that will ensure that nothing can ever be truly lost, and all my archived material is organised and easy to find.
She helped my to find compatible accessories that meet my needs and synced everything so that it all works perfectly.
She responds very quickly whenever I text or phone with a problem
We have a “pay as you go” arrangement, perfect for a sole trader like myself, and I would recommend her to anyone. She is personable with no techno speak, punctual, efficient and all round marvellous.
I no longer need to worry when a problem arises as I know Amy will resolve it either by screen share or by talking me through a number of steps.
